The service
PoolWeather provides a daily swim-condition forecast, a chemistry log with suggested target ranges, maintenance reminders, and a party planner for pool owners. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use PoolWeather.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — for example, by attempting to break security, access other users' data, scrape or overload the system, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Not professional advice — important
Swim scores, weather forecasts, and chemistry guidance in PoolWeather are estimates for convenience only and may be inaccurate. They are not professional, safety, medical, or water-treatment advice. You are responsible for your own pool's safety and water chemistry — always follow product label instructions, local regulations, and professional guidance, and use your own judgment before swimming, adding chemicals, or hosting guests.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data you enter (pool details, readings, plans). You grant us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that forecasts and recommendations will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoolWeather and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damage to your pool, equipment, property, or health, arising from your use of or reliance on the service.
Termination
You may stop using PoolWeather and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above; continued use means you accept the changes.
